The name 'Horseshoe' has evidently prompted an abundance of brown 'ranch' themed decor. Also they make you pay for your own drinks which is absurd.) The casino seemed a bit drab to me.
(The other reasons are that in Oklahoma you 'pay to play' fifty cents per hand which really adds up if you are there a couple of days. That is ONE reason I drove an extra 90 miles to come here to Bossier City rather than go to one of the casino/hotel properties in Oklahoma that are much closer to me in the Dallas area. I have come to appreciate all Total Rewards properties.
